Once upon a time in a far away village in Ireland there was a man named Joe who had a carriage to transport goods from one village to the other. He was a strong man and worked all the time. One night on the eve of Halloween, he was driving his carriage on a difficult path when he saw a lovely young girl dressed in white who stopped him and asked him to take her with him on his carriage to the O' Sullivan house which was 10 miles away. Joe agreed because it was very dark and he wondered what this beautiful girl was doing all alone there. They started their way. The girl didn't speak at all, they could hear in the woods wolves and owls and all kind of strange noises….Finally they arrived at the O' Sullivan house and Joe saw the O' Sullivan couple at the door of their home. He turned to the girl to tell her that they arrived ……………..but she had disappeared ! Joe was extremely surprised, the couple approached the carriage and Joe explained to them what had happened. 'Don't worry " said Jack O' Sullivan "this was the spirit of our daughter Rose. Each year on eve of Halloween she comes to visit us !"
